Mary Michelena Monroe is a shareholder in the firm's Los Angeles office and is a member of the Business Litigation Practice Group and the Employment Practice Group. Mary has extensive experience in complex business litigation in state and federal courts. Her employment law experience includes employee termination and issues relating to sexual, racial, age and ADA discrimination and harassment, and hostile work environment.
Mary is an experienced litigation attorney with a very high level of real litigation experience. She can oversee your litigation, big or small, from the time a complaint is filed until resolution. Due to her expertise, Mary has been invited to and has participated as a faculty member for the National Institute of Trial Advocacy’s Deposition Training Program and Advanced Trial Techniques Program.
Mary received her Juris Doctorate from Loyola Law School. While in law school, she was selected to compete on the International Moot Court Team and was awarded the American Jurisprudence Award for excellence in Trial Advocacy.
